What will you do:

As a Senior Software Engineer in Test, you will join our fast-growing Dolby.io group, collaborating with talented engineers as part of a high-impact team defining and maintaining quality assurance practices for Cloud focused media processing technologies.

• Provide input to project leadership tasks including project and planning, task allocation, test progress tracking.
• Lead test planning including test design, test coverage, test approach, risk assessment and reporting metrics
• Conduct test project scoping for releases to be reviewed with Development and QA teams
• Design, set up, configure and maintain software testing labs and environments
• Utilize and adapt existing test automation tools and develop new automation tools and frameworks from scratch

What we need you to have:

• Minimum BSc degree in science or engineering or equivalent practical industry experience.
• 3+ years’ experience working as software or software test engineer or equivalent (ideally with 1+ years’ experience working with multimedia, cloud, communications or DSP and coding technologies)
• Experience writing code and using test automation frameworks in standalone and CI/CD implementations
• Experience testing software on range of software and hardware platforms such as iOS, Android, Windows, MacOSX and Unix/Linux;
