Dolce & Gabbana Hiring for North America Accounts Payable Specialist at United States Full Time

Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for an Accounts Payable Specialist. The role will be responsible for the full cycle of accounts payable activities, month-end accruals, and GL reconciliations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for entering supplier’s invoices.
• Responsible for booking invoices for auto debit accounts.
• Responsible for self-assessment of use tax.
• Work closely with 3rd party vendors: review statements and reconcile accounts.
• Responsible for preparing “billbacks” and sending them to parent company.
• Responsible for running monthly AP Aging report.
• Reconciles AP Aging to GL (non-intercompany).
• Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintains accurate records and control reports.
• Entering merchandise invoices in STEALTH and upload them to MAS100.
• Responsible for recording the monthly accruals.
• Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, etc.).
• Previous experience with general ledger and month-end close, Accounts Payable.
• Strong clerical background including typing and data entry skills.
• Strong orientation to innovation and efficiency in managing the Accounts Payable flows and payment methods.
• Understanding of US generally accepted accounting principles.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 is a plus.
