Immediate position with a high paced firm seeking a motivated, team player to work in the department and assist our administrative and management team. Must be organized, internally motivated, and very detail oriented with the ability to complete task daily, weekly, and monthly. Construction experience a plus.
Duties may include (but are not limited to):
– Provide general administrative and clerical support.
-Contract and Insurance Maintenance
-Licensing
-Purchase Orders
-Collections
-Reconciliations
– Good written and verbal communication skills.
-Heavy data entry
-Project Coordination and Customer Service
-Document Scanning and Filing
-Special Projects/Research
-Telephone backup
-Supplies
-Errands
-Other administrative, office, and support tasks as necessary
Must be able to learn quickly, prioritize, and multi-task. This is a full-time position with mandatory overtime as necessary. Flexibility is required.
