Senior Software Engineer (Android) – Sydney Office – Permanent Full Time

A great opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer (Android) to drive best in class mobile application development for Domain. You will be responsible for delivering feature enhancements on the Android platform for property seekers looking for newly built properties. Working with web and platform engineers to deliver product outcomes for property seekers.

Who are you?

The ideal candidate will…

• Work in a scrum team with product and design, contributing and evolving ideas to improve the experience of Domain users on Domain’s mobile platforms.

• Write and ship quality code in Kotlin in the Domain App which is used by hundreds of thousands of Australians every day.

• Advocate for user experiences which fit your platform and which make our app intuitive and pleasurable to use.

• Value the success of the team as a whole – contributing code to your ‘non core’ code base is encouraged.

• Knowledge of mobile best practice.

• Must have been part of a team that has shipped at least one mobile application.

• GraphQL experience is desirable.
