We’d love you to have…
A passion for Observability and its potential to create active insights and highly performant, available applications;
3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud-based technologies and tools in configuration management, deployment, monitoring and operations;
Hands on experience in a Monitoring tools such as Splunk, ELK, Moogsoft or Sumo Logic and experience in Application Performance Managing and log analysis tool such as Elastic APM, Dynatrace, Nagios, Sensu and Splunk;
Expertise in working in partnership with colleagues throughout the firm, and in leading collaborative teams to achieve common goals;
Experience supporting customer problems and communication; and
Hands-on experience with AWS.
Who You’ll Work With
you will play an important role in shaping our Observability function. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about building a standardised, scalable solution for all of our applications that leverages data pulled from our monitoring and application performance management tools.
You’ll work closely with the product engineering teams to roll out error budgets & SLA/SLO/SLI targets and ensure they have visibility of how platforms are performing.
Beyond the ongoing development and maintenance of Domain’s monitoring and performance management platforms, you’ll push to simplify the experience of these platforms, from automating data collection to creating dashboards that visually show adherence to pre-defined SLAs/SLOs and provide tangible insights.
