The role is fast-paced, highly demanding and very rewarding.

Responsibilities include:

Manage all daily operations of the store but are not
limited to:

• Taking of guest orders via phone, in-person, and

internet

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given

responsive, friendly and courteous services at all times

• Prepare records, rosters and

attendance

• Managing inventory and stock of the

store

• Create and manage store schedule and act upon

restaurant staffing needs

• Independently do marketing and promotion of products

and recommend changes

• Monitor local competitor for the development of the

business.

• Undertake budgeting for the store
• Oversee efficient and cost-effective operations

including profitability, human resources, and marketing.

• Maintain company standards in food safety, product, and

facility specifications.

• Manage all daily operation in store but are not limited to.

• Introduce and reinforce new products and

initiatives.

• Manage; coordinate the daily work

schedules

• Plan and execute the manager’s

specials

• Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning

staff to specific duties

• Determining the service standards and maintain quality

of products

• Ensuring safety, hazards and security procedures are

enforced and followed by all staff.

• Sorting out any queries and complaints if

required

• Exhibit good leadership and organisation

skills

• Good Communication Skills
• Strong leadership as well as motivational

skills

to be considered for this position you must have at least 1 year food industry experience or relevant industry experience.

Candidates with previous hospitality experience will be preferred. Must working during the weekend.
