As a Enterprise Partnership Director at Done, you will take complete, end-to-end ownership of projects across the related paid marketing channels. The role: Enterprise Partnership Manager

What you’ll do:

• Strategize HR partnership expansion plan and set sales targets
• Advise on developing, executing and overseeing strategies and plans to achieve partnerships from targets.
• Advise on improving the employer customer base.
• Building a guideline for maintaining good and lasting relationships with clients.
• What you might have:
• Ability to process and analyze data sets, and interpret them to make business decisions
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments.
• Ability to balance creative thinking and analytical acumen.
• Great at building a strong rapport with partners across cross-functional teams.

Compensation

• $215.00 USD/hr
• Opportunities for continued growth to bigger roles

Pay: $120.00 – $215.00 per hour
