Who you are:
We are a rapidly growing startup with a strong team. This position is for ambitious people who thrive in fast-paced, self-motivated environments. As the Head of Product and Design, you’ll lead our PMs and Designers. You will directly support and mentor team members and key product initiatives, and also be responsible for hiring/promoting new manager roles to provide leverage. You will work closely with the CEO on product priorities and company vision, as well as with operational leaders on the medical provider and patient side that our technology supports. The ideal candidate will be a respected people leader who is confident in both their technical and executive skill sets. Knowledge and passion for the healthcare space is a strong plus

What you’ll do:

• Support your PMs and Designers to deliver excellent products
• Grow the existing team by hiring, developing, and promoting exceptional talent
• Partner with the CEO to drive growth initiatives, product roadmaps, and overall company vision
• Maintain a strong relationship with the operations team, engineering team, and growth team and the company scales
• Build out processes and structure to continually improve our feature delivery
• Show up as a leader at the company level, by promoting and embodying positive culture and passion for our work

What you might have:

• 4+ years experience in a Product organization, ideally in a start-up environment
• 2+ years prior experience managing teams, experience managing managers is ideal
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a bonus
• Mastery of all aspects of the product role, able to go deep with Designers, Engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Confidence making and communication clear decisions when needed alongside understanding of when to step back and trust the team
• Passion for motivating, empowering and unblocking others, especially in a remote work environment. Genuine servant leadership

Compensation:

• Between $170K and $230K based on your experience.
• Meaningful equity component calculated on a sliding scale based on starting salary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $170,000.00 – $230,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
