DONIA LLC Hiring for Call Center Manager/Consultant at Remote Full Time

We are looking for a Call Center Management Specialist/Consultant to work as a SME on a Call Center Assessment and Improvement Project.

Target Duration: 3 months

Schedule: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday – between 9AM to 6PM EST)

The ideal candidate must have:

• Experience in conducting assessments of call centers that operated on Verizon Virtual Call Center (VCC)
• Strong analytical skills
• Demonstrable Process Review and Documentation Experience
• Experience facilitating data-collection/fact-finding meetings
