DOT Compliance Group LLC Hiring for Customer Service Agent (Remote) at Texas Full Time

We are looking for Customer Service Agents in Texas who are self-motivated and who possess the ability to multitask. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable with computers and phones. We have high call volumes, so phone etiquette is a must. You will also need sufficient knowledge with Microsoft office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.

We need someone with open availability for our working hours which are 10 am – 7pm, Mon-Fri with a 1-hour lunch. This is a full time, 40 hours a week position. This is not something that can be done inconjunction with another job or school, as our hour are set and require you to be fully present for your shift. Customer Service Agents should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others, being attentive and having a positive attitude on change as your duties/routine will change from time to time within our growing company. This position allows you to work from home, so Wi-fi, a working computer, and ability to manage your time is a must. Please note that this cannot be done via tablet or phone.

Duties:

• Screening phone calls & routing them to the appropriate party
• Assisting customers with problems & relaying the information if needed
• Answer emails, inbound calls & return voicemails
• Handling customer complaints and issues
• Submitting cancellation requests
• Researching information related to incoming invoices (may have to contact vendors for invoice confirmation).
• Review forms and submit for processing

Requirements:

• Reliable computer with high-speed internet access
• 3+ years customer service experience
• Call center experience is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Must live in Texas
• We are a company that specializes in compliance services within the trucking industry. Knowledge of the trucking industry is a plus but not required, as all training will be provided.
