dotCMS is a cloud-based Digital Experience platform that is changing the way enterprises do digital. We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who can help us grow by taking charge of the recruiting cycle, will dive right in managing payment administration and HR policies and drive initiatives to improve dotCMS from conception to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers in the recruitment and hiring process

• Coordinate management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, safety, and sexual harassment

• Assist with payroll and benefits administration

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities

• Update job postings weekly and the website

• Oversee employee appraisal process

• Process criminal background checks

• Counsels Management on the resolution of employee relations issues

• Lead all day-to-day general human resources duties.

• Develop and oversee system for annual performance monitoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area

• Certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources or Professional in Human Resources, or related certification, required

• 4+ years’ of experience working in human resources management

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Must have excellent customer service skills and be dependable and reliable

• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development)

• Experience with a 3rd party payroll system (ADP preferred but not required)

• Ability to engender trust and respect

• Ability to work independently

• Demonstrated ability and integrity to deal effectively with confidential information

Job Type

• Part time 16 hours per week

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
