Job TitleAssociate Brand Marketing Manager Job Description I. Job Summary |Major goals and objectives. Food & Wine and Travel + Leisure are seeking a full-time Associate Manager, Brand Marketing specializing in the luxury market, with categories that could include but not limited to consumer electronics, travel, jewelry/watch and wine/spirits in the Integrated Marketing Department. The Associate Manager, Brand Marketing works closely with sales staffand senior marketers to ideate, develop and execute integrated and added value programs for Travel + Leisure and Food & Wine across print and digital. Tasks include proposal writing, digital marketing, advertorials and other added value extensions including promotions, marketing programs and events. This position collaborates with senior marketers and designers to develop copy, comps, newsletters, sell sheets, advertorials, research, and events, event collateral materials and develop new multi-sponsored marketing opportunities.The incumbent works with internal departments including brand marketing, digital, research, and other marketing departments as well as with external customers. The position will report directly to the Vice President, Marketing. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Conceptualize, develop, write, and execute integrated marketing programs and presentations that meet the objectives of endemic andnon-endemic advertisers (e.g., customized programs, advertiser and/or signature brand events, added-value fulfillment, etc.) Work with the TLG Strategy Director on media kits, brand presentations and other research projects Maintain strategic partnerships with outside resources Manage program budgets, help with VP Marketing expenses/travel Work with sales coordinators on media kits and sales material updates II. Essential Job Functions Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results 30% Creates proposals and performs copywriting including Requests-for-Proposal, added value proposals and sales collateral materials. 30% Executes and manages integrated added-value programs including maintaining the budgets for these executions 25% Researches competitive landscape and works with Brand Strategy Director on sales materials 10% Department needs including budgets 5% Researches and develops new added-value opportunities and programs III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience. Experience: Minimum of two years related experience in the publishing or advertising or applicable field. Must possess experience in creation and execution of marketing programs in a variety of categories. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith’s total compensation package for employees.
