We’re seeking a Web Engineer, who thrives in an environment that fosters creativity and adaptability, to join us as we look to evolve both our web presence and early stage lab/incubator projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Produce pixel perfect front end UIs for web applications and marketing sites
• Utilize Javascript frameworks to bind UI to data stores
• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using ReactJS, NextJS, and Vue.JS, ensuring all coding standards are followed.
• Regularly switch between various projects, adapting quickly to new requirements and diverse project scopes.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, UX designers, other developers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and to offer technical guidance.
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies and apply this knowledge to the role, enhancing product development.
• Assist in the creation of technical documentation that supports the developed web applications.
• Contribute to team meetings and discussions, bringing fresh ideas to promote innovation within the team.

About You:

• You’ll be well versed in website development with multiple end to end projects under your belt
• You possess a keen eye for design & details and thrive working closely with designers and product managers
• You have in depth knowledge of the JavaScript ecosystem, predominantly frontend (ReactJS / NextJS / Vue.JS) but some experience with Node would be a plus. Strong skills with CSS, responsive design, and animations.
• You’ve built out web experiences that utilise Headless CMS / specifically Prismic (as we use it for the new site)
• You have a deep understanding of clean / technical SEO and accessibility requirements
• Experience with Pinia or equivalent store solutions
