DPS Pet Care Operations (Patriot’s Pet Care) is a state-of-the-art pet care facility in Columbia, SC. We are demanding, customer-centric and our goal is to expand our loyal customer base while creating a myriad of opportunity for our staff in line with their goals and aspirations.

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor with ten+ years of experience to oversee our day-to-day operations (Day Care – Boarding – Dog Grooming etc. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced, team setting and maintaining profitability in budgeted areas. The right candidate will be comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment where rapid change is the norm and no two days are the same.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with coworkers and supervisors.
• Plan work schedule to meet company deadlines.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Handle cash transactions and make change for customers.
• Lead workers in the workday.
• Meet production goals and deadlines.
• Resolve customer issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.00 – $13.00 per hour
