Dr A Varma Inc Hiring for Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Job at Powell River Full Time

We are a very well established dental practice in Powell River, BC the Pearl of the Sunshine Coast. We are a busy office that is expanding and are looking for a bright, capable individual with great people skills and good communication abilities. If you are motivated and wanting to work in a great environment with like minded people, who put patients first, then this is for you. You will be tasked with answering phones, scheduling patient appointments and entering services on the computer and sending invoices and collecting payments. Good computer skills are an asset. We will train you on the software that we use. Past experience in a dental environment is an asset but we are wiling to train the right candidate. Hours are a little flexible but it is a four day a week position with the possibility of an additional day as well. No weekend work, or nights.

Part-time hours: 32-35 per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
