We are a pediatric dental office located in Los Angeles. We are seeking a qualified and highly motivated Front desk coordinator to be a positive long-term addition. One must be a team player, fast learner, well organized, attention to detail and who also has great patient care with a
“Can Do” attitude. Must be professional, punctual, and reliable.

This is a part-time position, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. with competitive compensation, 401K and benefits for someone who shares our desire to provide excellent care to our patients.

Duties and Responsibilities are but not limited to:
– Patient greeting and scheduling
– Familiar with Dentrix
– Assist new and existing patients with all necessary forms
– Confirming appointments
– Knowledge of dental insurance, dental terminology & procedure codes are a plus
– Treatment planning & presentation is also a plus
