Draiver Looking for Driver Operations Analyst – Mexico at Ciudad de México, México Full Time

As a Driver Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of vehicle logistics, as well as maintaining a close relationship with our drivers, helping Draiver Mexico to create drivers and client operational excellence, continuous improvements, reporting, and insights.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execution and management of operational activities of our driver marketplace funnel
• Reach targets of movements and driver’s marketplace pool required for business needs
• Manage driver’s operations and be a point of contact for them for the daily operations
• Ensure all performance metrics are met to guarantee operational excellence
• Maintain the quality-of-service levels of the drivers and trips executed with the clients
• Have daily routines and trip creation activities with the different clients assigned
• Benchmark internal best practices and apply them to your operations
• Operational problem solving: Using the best of our team to execute A/B testing, and data analysis and get creative solutions for the clients
• Internal and widespread activities (product, commercial, social media, marketing, processes, etc.) that support the local company’s success
• Perform other duties as required or requested

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of operations experience is required
• KPI and data-driven decision-making Excel/Google Sheet analytics
• Strong ownership and self-guided problem-solving
• Stakeholder management/communication skills
• Advanced English is required
• Knowledge in SQL programming
