You love working with people so that’s not a big deal for you, and over your experience in customer service and within an office environment you’ve also learned to provide the best level of service both to internal and external customers while always keeping a positive attitude and focusing on delivering the best results as well as continuous improvement.
We need you to be able not only to multi-task, but also to prioritize, be organized and take initiative. You’ll be working in a very fast-paced environment, with numerous tasks that will make the days fly by. We hope you’re ready and willing to learn and roll up your sleeves to get things done!

What will you do?
Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more, but we can discuss those in person.
We need you to make sure our office supplies, boardrooms and kitchens are always fully stocked and looking perfect
Become first point of contact for our local vendors to optimize services and ensure we have the right supplies
Continuously communicate with your team to understand the status of tasks and identify areas for improvement
Maintain the physical organization of all office areas by keeping a tidy and uncluttered environment throughout the office
Follow all on-boarding processes in place to ensure a great experience to all of our new employees
Assist with internal office moves, re-arranging furniture, and adjust workstations as requested
Get involved with set up and tear down of our spaces for special events
You are willing and eager to understand all the components of how our team works, so you will be familiar and able to be a back-up for our mailroom and reception functions
After quickly learning your regular routine and on-going tasks, you will want to learn more and take on more responsibilities

What type of experience and skills do you have?
These are only some of the things we’d like you to bring to the table. We can cover the rest when we meet:
We would love for you to have strong Customer Service experience and are definitely comfortable with technology
You have working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
You are very comfortable using tools and are naturally “handy”
Understanding or previous experience with reception would be great, but we can train you
Excellent attitude, great positive outlook, strong initiative, and a keen eye for detail with solid time management and communication skills are some key skills to success in this role
