About The Role

This role will provide administrative support to the executive team to be able to continue to meet objectives and drive business results forward. The top most critical things within the role are the ability to maximize time and efficiency for executives, manage administrative details and optimize executive schedule and presence.

What You Will Do:

• Organization and administration of details related to projects, initiatives, and coordination for Executive/s.
• Calendar management, travel, preparing reports, meeting preparation, and general admin duties
• Reduce inherent complexities of day to day items impacting Executive/s
• Written and verbal correspondence internally and externally
• Be tactical and crucial extension of CEO and COO (making able to be present in more than one place) allowing executive/s to work at higher level
• Potential to step in for meetings as needed

What You Will Need:

• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while managing day to day tasks for executives with ability to prioritize
• Experience with meeting prep for executives, creating presentations, composing correspondence
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality, credibility, and trust
• Proficiency at creating and systematizing processes
• Tech Savvy – ability to learn new technologies quickly and support new processes within those systems
• Excellent attention to detail
• Service oriented with the ability to anticipate needs
• Ability to network across the organization
