DriveSafe Driving Schools Hiring for Customer Service Associate – Remote at United States Full Time

The position can be fully remote or in-person at our Lakewood, Colorado office. The schedule requirement is Mondays through Thursdays, 3-8pm Mountain Standard Time (MST) with additional hours available during our busy summer season.

Position: In this position you will answer inbound sales and service calls, enter data into the State and company systems, be in charge of running our copy center, and fulfill other tasks as needed. This is a highly active position allowing for growth and increased responsibility.

• Demonstrated service of customer needs in a friendly and professional manner over the phone and in person.

• Data entry

• Detail orientation.

• Understanding of keeping the work environment neat and clean.

• Other duties and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, or currently taking classes

• Strong computer skills

• Good communication skills

• Responsible, dependable, and detail oriented

• Self-disciplined and able to multi-task

• Body art must be covered.
