DSI Dantech is a large global player within industrial freezing, cooling, and heat treatment of food with a strong focus on delivering high quality products and solutions to our customers. We are looking for new Sales Managers for both the east and west coast, with proven track record, to drive our sales growth in America.
About the job
You will be a part of a team with a combined target budget as well as reaching your own goal. The core focus will be driving sales of DSI Dantech products and to grow your territory by identifying, prospecting, and to bring in new customers, while also growing our existing customer revenue. Our USA main office for service and production is located in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will be based at a home office and reporting directly to the General Manager, Sales Americas.
More specific your tasks will be:
For this position, you must expect to travel a least 50 % of the time, mainly in the USA, as well as international travel when needed.
Your profile
You have a strong background within sales, experienced and a well achieved professional of introducing technical products, and you have a track record to prove it. Your have minimum 2 years of experience within the capital equipment sales and preferably a B.S. degree in business or engineering. We strongly value your results and personality over your educational background.
Your work is characterized by proactiveness and high degree of integrity. You can communicate easily with your colleagues and customers. Preferably you have some experience working closely with overseas colleagues in an international working environment. You are self-driven, motivated by delivering high quality, and enjoy working in an informal and fast international environment.
