Development Manager Performance Solutions Poultry
Location: US Home based office in the Central US or West Coast
Come help us create value for the end customers through innovative, sustainable solutions and showcase the scientific power of DSM Animal Nutrition & Health. You’ll report directly to the Sales Director Key Accounts.
You’ll be responsible to:
Establish strong and open relationships with all key decision makers and influencers at key poultry accounts
Position DSM products, engage in value selling sales and negotiate price
Coordinate DSM technical staff to best provide solutions and assistance to accounts in poultry
Develop and improve sales competencies as well as market, competitive and product knowledge
Preferred geography for this role is Central US/West Coast.

What we like to see in your experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience with sales, product management and/or marketing with swine species required
Demonstrated experience in communicating with a variety of individuals within the industry
Demonstrated a willingness to serve and problem-solving capabilities.
Knowledge of industry and swine market, in-depth know-how about products and/or applications
Excellent communication, negotiation, planning and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
