JOB DESCRIPION DSP CONNECTIONS, Inc.

JOB TITLE: Receptionist

The Receptionist will be the first person greeting all visitors who enter our office. They will set the tone for our office culture and customer service. They will ensure security by monitoring all and juggling additional administrative tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meeting and Greeting all visitors
• Answering and forwarding calls
• Keeping the receptionist area and other meeting rooms tidy
• Sorting and distributing mail/deliveries
• Maintain Info email inbox
• Maintain gift card referral process
• Record all communication in DSPC Portal
• Take out the trash at the end of each day
• Monitoring Supplies in the Supply room, Kitchen, and bathrooms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6 months of office experience or related industry experience
• Pass Federal Background check
• Calm and patient demeanor
• Well-spoken
• Good Writing skills
• Excellent administrative skills

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Always conduct themselves in a professional manner
• Promote highest level of respect and kindness to our Visitors
• Monitor and respond to all communications in a timely manner
• Work collaboratively within the office
• Produce/Submit daily call report
• Bring all escalated issues to supervisor before making decisions that would be outside our standard operating procedures.
• Attend company functions and greet clients
• Abide by HIPAA rules and regulations
• Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined by DSPC management team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 per month

• Salem, OR 97301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
