JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for handling various types of ID requests that support Service Operations in a timely and accurate manner to assist with onboarding new hires and contractors, as well as transfers within Service Operations. These accesses are requested via MyAccess, Service Now and email for Telephony, RACF, Siebel, Salesforce, Toolkit, etc.
