More recently Dublin Coach has entered an exciting period of continued growth, development & expansion. As a result we are actively recruiting for new members to join our team and play their part in helping Dublin Coach reach new levels of success.

Currently we are recruiting for an Office Support Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Working in conjunction with our operations and customer care teams to provide the highest level of service to our customers.
• Working with the compliance team to monitor and report on all projects.
• Work in conjunction with our Training & HR Team.
• Answering phones and responding to emails.
• Scan & File documentation.
• Additional duties/tasks may be assigned as required.

The Ideal Candidate will:

• Possess a strong level of English – both spoken and written.
• Be comfortable working as part of a team and on their own initiative.
• Be comfortable working in a busy team environment.

Experience / Skills:

• Previous receptionist experience – Preferred
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite – Preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team

Location: Dublin

Shift: 08:00 am to 05:00 pm – working 5 days out of 7 with every 2nd weekend off.
