Description:
The HR Assistant will assist the HR team in the administrative and data entry tasks across all HR teams.
Responsibilities:
Update and maintains the Global HRIS system as well as accurate and confidential electronic files for each employee.
Assists the HR team in the administration of the Human Resources function, ensuring all HR-related policies, practices and procedures are following regulatory and legal requirements.
Assists in recruiting and onboarding function. Offer letters, Emails day 1 instructions, creates and sends IT access forms and creates new hire agenda for Orientation.
Help facilitate trainings (Watch Parties, Live Q&A and Travel arrangements) and be local contact for HR presentations in India.
Maintains training sites with employee census data such as LinkedIn Learning and Udemy.
. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business administration, Human Resources, marketing, psychology, or related area preferred.
HR related business experience.
Proficient computer skills; including a working knowledge of Microsoft ® Office Suite and HRIS, preferably Paylocity.
Strong administrative and organizational skills are essential.
Must be detail-oriented and able to manage confidential information.
Decision-making and problem-solving skills are essential.
Must be able to analyze situations and come to logical conclusions.
Excellent communications skills and employee relations skills are essential.
