We are working on an opportunity for an experienced Corporate Energy Lawyer to move to this tier-1 firm in Auckland, New Zealand.
The firm is regarded as one of the leading players in the NZ market, and many of its former lawyers are working in elite firms in other jurisdictions such as the UK and Australia.
The Partners are open to providing relocation assistance to the right candidate coming from an overseas market, ideally with the following profile:
- Mid-level (c.3-7 PQE) Associate with experience in the London or Asia Pacific market, coming from a leading international firm.
- Extensive M&A, joint ventures, private equity, and project development matters relating to the infrastructure and energy sector.
