Woring Title: Football Analyst – Defense

Position Summary:

The Football Analyst – Defense is responsible for a myriad of tasks including but not limited to serving as a key component in the football organization and operations execution for the defensive staff in practice and meeting planning, game plan creation and recruiting operations. The individual reports directly to the Football Chief of Staff while working directly with the Defensive Quality Control Coordinator and Defensive Coaching Staff.

Qualifications:

• Work generally requires organizational, analytical and communication skills normally acquired through the completion of a bachelor’s degree program

• A minimum of 2 years of working within a collegiate or high school football program – preferably college OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF REVELANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Essential Functions:

• Assist the Defensive Coordinator/Defensive Assistant and the Defensive Coaching Staff with the organization and creation of playbook and presentations for installation of scheme.

• Assist the Defensive Coordinator/Defensive Assistant and the Defensive Coaching Staff with practicing planning and organization.

• Responsible for film breakdown and data entry of football practices and games throughout the year

• Create reports regarding football scheme and tendencies throughout the year.

• Assist the Defensive Coordinator/Defensive Assistant and the Defensive Coaching Staff with the identification of prospects and recruiting organization. Also assist with operations and execution of on-campus recruiting visits.
