DuluxGroup Looking for Customer Service Representative at Gracefield, Wellington Full Time

The Opportunity

Support our DuluxGroup brands by providing excellent customer service in this exciting opportunity to join our Lower Hutt team as a Customer Service Representative.

In this Customer Service Centre/Data Entry role, you will be responding to inbound calls from retail, trade and commercial customers. You will be also responsible for:

• Processing and following up customer orders and claims
• Return outbound calls to customers
• Data entry
• Responding to general customer inquiries
• Making outbound calls to provide updates and resolutions to queries

Please note this full-time role operates from 12:30pm – 9:00pm Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday. We have flexibility to work in the office and at home – enjoy the work-life-balance.

What you will bring and develop

This is a customer-focused/data entry role that needs someone who has an excellent phone manner and is a clear and professional communicator. You will have sound analytical skills with ability to work with complex data. As a great team player, you will be hardworking and flexible and will be confident to work in a fast-paced environment. Other key skills and experience include:

• Customer service experience
• Data entry or administration exposure
• Confidence with computers
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to learn complex information.
