Dunedin Venues Management Ltd (DVML) are recognised leaders in venue management driving for and delivering exceptional event experiences. DVML’s portfolio includes the world class Forsyth Barr Stadium and the impressive Dunedin Centre which is a multi-purpose entertainment, conference, and events hub.

We have a unique opportunity for someone to lead the Membership team here at Dunedin Venues as our Membership Services Manager to oversee and deliver the best possible service and experience for DVML’s Members.

THE ROLE:

As the Membership Services Manager, you will be responsible for fostering a strong sense of community among our Forsyth Barr Stadium Members, while ensuring exceptional membership and event experiences. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance member satisfaction and participation.

This is a full time permanent role which requires flexibility in your approach to working hours.

ABOUT YOU:

This role requires someone with proven experience in account management or managing membership programs. You will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with Members and be passionate about delivering exceptional event experiences for our Forsyth Barr Stadium Members. Along with this you will have:

• The ability to drive continuous innovation that enhances our products and services.
• Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Leadership capabilities along with the ability to effectively collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to inspire the delivery exceptional event experiences.
• Capability to work calmy under pressure while juggling multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong proficiency using Microsoft programmes and be systems savvy.
