Summary:
Assistant Managers are responsible for providing strong and positive leadership to his/her team, delivering exceptional and friendly guest experiences, operational excellence, and helping to build profitable top-line sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
TEAM ENVIRONMENT
Hire, train, and develop crew members
Communicate job expectations to their employees
Provide coaching and feedback
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
Create and maintain a guest first culture in the store
Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals
Maintain a safe working environment
Ensure that brand standards are executed
Prepare and complete action plans

Understands and exceeds guest expectation
Develops and maintains guest relationships
Displays a sense of urgency with guests

SKILLS /QUALIFICATIONS
