Duracube Rewards Pty Ltd is a successful manufacturing company. The team behind Duracube has been providing the construction industry with washroom products and services since the 1980’s. The Duracube division was started in 2012 when the owners saw a need in the market for a superior toilet cubicle range which can be utilised in a range of facilities such as council owned buildings, education spaces, corporate offices, leisure centres, hospitality and public spaces. Duracube manufactures and supplies 13mm compact laminate toilet and shower partition systems and other wet-area joinery products. We work with architects, designers and builders to custom design their washrooms.

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with a relevant master’s/bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant work experience to join our team in Emu Plains in New South Wales.

As a Software Developer your everyday responsibilities will include the following:

· Taking requirements for customizations to company software

· Evaluating requirements and designing customizations of the ERP software

· Writing and/or modifying code to implement customizations

· Advising on and submitting proposals for new software or add on modules

· Testing, modifying and approving new system applications

· Integrating existing software into ERP system

· Reporting on project and system updates and compliance to management

· Providing training to staff on software updates/changes including documentation

· Creatively solving IT and software issues at short notice

In addition, the right candidate will be required to have:

· Excellent listening skills

· Strong time and management techniques

· The drive to see tasks through to completion, including re-testing and re-working.

· The ability to be working on numerous and diverse projects simultaneously

· At least 12 months experience in the Australian construction industry

A solid knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, PostgreSQL, Python and various SAAS including Odoo, Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace will be highly regarded:

This is a full-time position offering a generous salary between $65,000 and $80,000 plus superannuation to the right candidate (depending on experience).
