Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
• Handle (or return-call) all customer complaints timely
• Arrange re-cleans, and follow ups.
• Work independently
• Managing and document all instances of customer service
• Make recommendations to management regarding trends, changes, disciplinary actions or termination
• Lead projects to improve on current processes and systems
• Flow all new customers through our new customer onboarding process
• Know, report and be responsible for all KPI’s associated with this position (weekly reporting)
• Identify quality/customer service gaps with cleaning technicians
• Do not leave for the day until all documentation is completed
• Recruiting, interviewing hiring and successfully onboard new employees to meet our growth goals
• Conducting house checks if needed.
• Hold field staff meetings to drive employee engagement
• Maintain monthly inventory and order all cleaning/office supplies.
• Responsible for retaining field technicians by engaging and cultivating positive employee relationships.
• Write up, employee discipline, attendance policies
• Handling morning call out’s and reschedules
• Implement employee engagement program
• Organize quarterly team building events and stay within budget
• Engage with all field technicians 1:1 per quarter
• Identify areas of improvement in our processes, quality, customer service, employee engagement, etc.
• Training: Responsible for overseeing a company’s employee training and development activities. Readiness
• assessment, maintaining training information, and coordinating and reviewing the logistics of training materials. Lead
• ongoing quality and safety training.

Experience and Requirements:

• Attention to detail
• Highly organized
• Amazing people skills
• Managing/Team Lead or Customer Service – 1 year’s experience
• Excellent computer skills

About the job:

• Our Office is located in downtown Apex
• Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, Full Time Only

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
