DVMelite Hiring for Sales Consultant at Illinois City, IL Full Time

OTE rate: $50/hour (Guaranteed $22/hr base pay + $28/hr performance-based pay)

Work Schedule:

On-demand (average 20h/week at start moving to full time) he/she will work when we have meetings for them; but with the high demand, they would have 3-4 meetings/day) Needs to be available for work during EST Business Hours

General Responsibilities:

• Perform sales appointments generated for you on a daily basis

• Keep all needed information updated

• Follow the process

• Update Hubspot with all communication between you and the client

• Practice Script and keep up to date with any changes and updates to script

• Complete all sales call through JustCall or recorded Zoom (to be implemented)

• Accept feedback from the team about call quality

• Be able to keep to script and bring calls back to the script that goes off subject

• Successfully analyze if a potential client is ready for the next step during the sales call

• Keeping to script and documenting any objections, pains

• Close deal with Business Owners

• Communicate with team members to make sure all information is shared as needed

• Periodically check calendar throughout day to check for updates of scheduled calls

• Follow up with Win team regarding clients’ progress through the funnel

• Complete any training requested in a timely manner

• Complete any additional work requested by Win Team or other internal Team Leads

• Help team members with questions or issues that arise

• Use all sales stack tools easily and understand the tools’ roles in the formula (including Hubspot, SmartSheet, JustCall, Google Drive, Zulip, and Zoom)

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of proven B2B Sales Experience, Telesales, or Pharma Reps preferably in the Medical/Health Care Field

• Experienced success in virtual and phone prospecting

• Comfortable using video to communicate with team and prospects

• Technically savvy and able to use online applications

• Comfortable asking for the closing of a potential member while on the call

• Fluent/ Native English is a requirement

• Self-starter, fast learner, Reliable and Trustworthy

• Detail-oriented, Problem Solver, Go Getter personality

• Must be located in FL, GA, MI, MN, NC, PA, TX, WI, IL

You will work part-time at the beginning moving to full-time, Monday-Friday, for a 100% remote company.

You will be responsible for your computer, high-speed internet, a noise-canceling headset, and a quiet work environment.

We offer paid training, a base hourly rate, and commission.
