DWS is seeking an experienced and capable Microsoft BI Developer to join our Canberra office. Experience working in or with federal government departments would be ideal, but is not essential.
The role will be working with a fantastic team on bespoke systems based on Microsoft BI tools and technologies for big data analysis.

Location: Hybrid WFH / Canberra on-site
Salary: up to $150K (including super)

Applicants MUST have Australian Citizenship, as the successful person will need to gain and maintain baseline / NV1 security clearance.

Essential Technologies:

• Strong SQL skills including SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and Power BI
• Experience with enterprise data warehousing methodologies, including designing and maintaining complex data warehouses and corporate external data source pipelines
• Team Foundation Server experience is highly desirable

Required Experience / knowledge:

• Complex, enterprise scale database maintenance and administration
• Business intelligence analysis
• Create reports in SSRS & Power BI
• Custom application administration and support
• Familiar with complex data warehousing and methodologies
