We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Previous Customer service experience is not required. You will attend training and certification courses.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Must be avalable to attend a virtual certification course ( 2-6 weeks)

Pay: $8.00 – $14.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Work setting:

• Remote
