e5 Workflow Hiring for Medical Registration/Data Entry Specialist at Remote Full Time

Requirements:

• Multiple positions paying between $14.50-$15.00 per hour with a 90-day probationary period.
• Candidate will research requisition forms and extract necessary information for registration.
• Must have knowledge of medical billing and how to read an EOB
• Must have a minimum of 2 years medical registration experience.
• Hours will fall during 8am-6pm
• Previous experience working with an electronic medical system is a plus
• Must be able to work full time, 40 hours weekly. This is NOT a part-time position.
• Maintain accurate time tracking and reporting
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to navigate personal and remote desktop simultaneous
• Must have a personal WINDOWS based computer capable of running multiple systems and software programs, reliable high speed internet, and use of phone. This will NOT be supplied (No Chromebooks)
• Attention to detail and accuracy is vital to being successful in this position
• Being responsive along with excellent, professional communication is a must
• Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
• Attendance and participation in online team meetings are required as well as company Q&A forums
• Must be able to complete mandatory on-boarding training. Training will be completed online via training videos and live meetings.

A full 40 work week must be completed. Pay is non negotiable.

Position starts immediately.

This is a contract position paid on a 1099. Work term is based on client contract term.
