Essential Functions:

• Perform outreach to potential customers by marketing our services and any available promotions
• Handle inquiries from customers with professionalism and an upbeat attitude
• Complete the reservation process, including intake, quotes, booking and payments
• Prepare the customer for their trip by informing them of any regulations or requirements and be available to assist if any changes occur for or during their trip
• Stay informed and proficient in company processes and our industry through ongoing trainings in order to offer the best experience for our customers
