Position Summary:

EarthShare is seeking a remote, temporary Data Entry Associate to support data entry project work from Monday, October 4, 2021 through Friday, December 17, 2021. The position will assist with processing annual workplace giving campaign revenue and data. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of accurately entering important financial data from pledge forms into a database application within a specified timeframe.

Additional Details:

• The position is 5 hours of work each day Monday through Friday (total of 20 hours per week) to be completed between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm ET. The successful candidate will be able to select the timing that works for them within these parameters.
• This is a remote opportunity where candidates can work from home.
• In the event that there is no work to be done on a particular day, the active candidate will have the option of assuming other helpful duties for EarthShare, or surrendering those hours.
• The position offers $15 per hour.
• This is a sedentary position dominated by work at the computer.

Position Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent data entry skills
• Ability to work and be trained virtually
• Basic computer literacy and experience; keying accuracy
• Discretion with handling personal information, and high ethical standards
• Experience with Andar/360 software and/or similar databases a plus
• Technology requirements:
  • Personal computer required
  • Dual computer screens highly recommended
  • Ability to download appropriate software to personal computer
  • Window 10, i7core processor and at least 16 GB of RAM, preferred
