East End Taste Hiring for Freelance Writer/Editor at Remote Full Time

East End Taste Magazine (eastendtastemagazine.com) is looking to hire a copy writer/freelance writer to help us create specific articles focused on travel and happenings across Long Island. Examples include but are not limited to town/regional guides and roundups. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for clips and experience to add to their resume.

East End Taste Magazine focuses on food news, events, and content on the East End of Long Island.

The articles will range in length from 800-1500 words. You will receive on-one-on guidance with each article as we are looking for very specific content that is SEO friendly.

Must be a self-starter, independent, and ambitious with a strong interest in and knowledge of the region of eastern Long Island.

The pay rate is $50 per article, or equating to approx. $17/hour.

A degree in English, History, or Communications preferred. Current college students are welcome to apply.
