What You’ll Do:
Ensure that company accounts are up to date and accurate.
Keep in touch with your managers as they give you tips and feedback on how to get even better.
Reconcile account data to ensure payments are posted properly and invoicing is correct.
Create and maintain spreadsheets to track account data.
Provide our clients with knowledgeable answers that give them peace of mind that issues are resolved.
Who You Are:
You have prior computer experience.
You have a GED or High School Diploma.
You’re able to accurately enter data on a standard keyboard and compose basic emails to your teammates.
Where & When You’ll Work:
We are conveniently headquartered in the Danbury area in our state of the art call center.
We operate standard business hours Monday through Friday but can accommodate full-time or part-time hours in this role. Schedules are consistent week-to-week, so you can actually make plans ahead of time!
