Responsibilities
As a finance Manager supporting the Performance Films business, you will be providing leadership on a global scale related to forecasting, strategic planning, and capital choices. The role partners with the business management team and offers insights and financial advice that helps drive the best decisions for the business. Ideal candidates will have strong financial acumen and excellent communication skills.
General Responsibilities:
• Participate in monthly financial forecasting and analysis, providing recommendations to management. • Prepare analysis explaining how actual business performance varied from expectations • Delivers analysis package for monthly, quarterly business reporting • Develop financial models to support business decisions • Partners with a broader range of individuals including business unit leadership teams and cross-functional peers to aid decision support and tactical execution • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management • Conduct in-depth financial analyses for growth strategies, pricing and optimization
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related degree • At least 2+ years of relevant experience required • Foundational accounting • Working knowledge of key systems/tools is a plus (SAP, Excel, BPC, etc.) • Discounted cash flow modeling and other analysis techniques • Synthesis of inputs into clear recommendations and defensible positions • Ability to develop trust-based relationships • Strong presentation skills
