DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answering the phones, (during raining season, phones are heavy)
• Scheduling appointments
• Generating work orders for sold jobs
• Scheduling repair jobs,
• Managing estimator schedules
• Responding to emails and emailing reports
• Create QuickBooks invoices
• Update inventory lists
• Entering payroll information into our database
• Logging sold re-roofs into our FileMaker database
• Schedule City and County roof inspections over the phone or by email
• Communicate with homeowners throughout the duration of the jobs
• Create online re-roof power point presentations (will train)
• Add re-roof events to the FileMaker calendar and rearrange as needed
• Enter information for all before and after photo folders (will train)
• Communicating with roofers as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Apple/Mac computer proficient
• Accurate, organized and detail oriented
• Must have good people skills and pleasant personality/phone skills/courteous/polite
• General office duties of filing, scanning, emailing, faxing
• Excellent typing skills
• Fluent English, good grammar skills, accurate spelling
• Basic experience with QuickBooks
• Experience with database, FileMaker a plus (will teach)
• Able to work independently
• Takes imitative
• Spanish speaking a plus but not critical
• Must be able to pass a drug test if hired
• In office only

• $30-$35 per hour (based on experience)
