KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Attending to HR-related queries from employees
Support HRBPs on the daily BAU – including but not limited to the generation of offer letters, reports and letters
Maintaining and updating employee information in Workday and e-personal files
Conduct the weekly induction for new joiners where required
Support the coordination of the quarterly new hire orientation
Support the internship / graduate program where required
Liaise with external vendor for relocation and immigration matters
Responsible for raising PO and processing of HR invoices
Assist in ad-hoc HR initiatives and HR Modernization

REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent
Strong communication, written, planning & organizational skills
Self-motivated, able to think logically, critically & quickly
Prepared to challenge the status quo and make a change
Numerate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; aptitude in HR systems & technology is an advantage
Tactful, professional, discerning and able to maintain confidentiality on all matters handled
