About the role:
We’re looking for a Technical Sourcer in our Talent team. Our Talent Acquisition team champions our culture by working tirelessly to attract and retain the best people.
What you will do:
o Owning the sourcing process from search, initiating candidate relation to qualifications
o You enjoy a challenge, and tough searches.
o You thrive in a supportive, collaborative team environment
o You can handle ambiguity in times of change management
o Maintain records with accuracy in our ATS and maintain high Data integrity
o Build strong relationships with internal candidates and hiring managers
o Proactively identify and drive opportunities for improvements
o Educate and influence the business on the philosophy, approach and best practices of candidate discoveryo
About you:
o 5+ years sourcing experience within a rapidly growing organization
o Demonstrable history of developing and using creative sourcing strategies
o Strong market knowledge of the competitive landscape for talent across USA
o Ability to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns
o Successful track record of achieving targets, whether those be deadlines, recruiting goals, or both
