Eaton’s Electrical division is currently seeking an IT Analyst- Financial Systems to join our team.
Position Overview:
Manage the utilization of GetPaid collections software to mitigate risk, increase collector productivity and drive improved cash flow performance.

In this role, you will:
Extensive database administration knowledge.
Extensive SQL experience.
Knowledge of SAP and Oracle applications.
Familiarity with GetPaid database structure.
Configure and maintain set up of GetPaid application for users.
Provide guidance for the GetPaid application to the finance organization to ensure the application is being fully utilized.
Diagnose and resolve and GetPaid application issues.
Research and recommend new approaches to improve functionality of application.
Oversee Get Paid application for all Global users which consists of Electrical, Industrial and Corporate sectors.
Maintain SAP/Oracle customer master for interfacing into GetPaid
Knowledge of SQL for modifications to imports and post import updates.
Participate in the continued expansion of GetPaid.
Develop relationship with GetPaid vendor to implement new functionality and discuss enhancements.
Provide Ad Hoc reporting as requested by business using various reporting tools such as OBIEE, BI, GetPaid and iReports.
Drives continuous improvement in Eaton financial initiatives, identifying opportunities, and implementing solutions.
Translates knowledge into actionable strategy to ensure support for leadership initiatives while mitigating potential risk.
Operates independently and proactively provides management with relevant updates on day-to-day issues.
Lead and identify process improvements to drive efficiencies for all GetPaid related processes.

Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution
Minimum two (2) years’ experience in information technology
Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science
MBA
5 years’ experience in information technology
Credit, collections, and/or finance experience
Advanced knowledge of SAP, Oracle, SQL, Power BI and Microsoft Office
Previous experience with the GetPaid software or comparable collections software

Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range for this role is $74,880 – $102,960 a year.
