Qualifications and Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Office, required
Must be computer literate
Proficiency with Xactimate software a plus
Prior construction administrative support experience a plus
Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and manage priorities, required
Professional communication and phone skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Must be a team player
Must be punctual and responsible
Ability to complete assigned tasks on time and accurately
