The Team

The Employee Communications intern will work closely with the Communications Manager and the Global Communications team to support the delivery of communications projects and initiatives for our Customer Experience and Growth Organisation.

Job Description

• Support employee communications initiatives, including written communications, newsletters, events, and committees

• Participate in communications projects and initiatives, including crafting and delivering the elements of communications plans

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and deliver the internal communications projects

• Representing the eBay brand, live Our DNA and promoting eBay culture

Requirements

• Experience in internal communications or similar fields

• Passionate about writing and storytelling

• Proven track record of managing communications flows and projects

• Proven ability to manage internal stakeholders and participate in project teams

• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills

• Attention to detail

• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Advanced MS PowerPoint

• Design Skills / Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro would be an advantage
