We are looking for Graduate Software Engineers to join our high performing technology division. This is a great opportunity for university students in their final year of study in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any other related disciplines with a strong emphasis on programming.

The opportunity

The successful candidate will take part in a comprehensive 8-week training program in our headquarters in Hong Kong, rotating through various teams across Software Development, Quant, and IT Operations. You will learn under the guidance of an experienced mentor, and your work will be used in actual production, having a direct impact on our trading and market activities.

What you offer

• A final year student or recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any other related disciplines with a strong emphasis on programming;
• Significant academic project work, open source contributions or professional work experience;
• A passion for financial markets or working in a proprietary trading company (detailed knowledge and experience is NOT required);
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems;
• Motivation to work as part of a team as well as independently;
• Excellent communication skills.
