ECS Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our Client based in Watergrasshill Co.Cork

Job Description:

Assist Operators with daily production line set ups
Monitor all electrical and mechanical equipment
Monitor air compressor and pneumatic equipment
Ensure all production lines operational
Set up liquid tanks with piping and valves
Maintain bottle filling pumps and semi-automatic bottle filling machines including capping machine
Maintain sachet filling machines
Maintain powder filling machines
Ensure labelling machines, conveyors and induction sealers in good working order
Be competent in the workings of Lynx Ink Jet printers and liaise with supplier regarding servicing, solvents and any other issues
Undertake routine maintenance
Plan and carry out preventative maintenance
Attend to all repairs
Liaise with all vendors
Oversee contractors working on site
Order spares when required in conjunction with purchasing department
Implement and operate a Preventative Maintenance Programme
Carry out any other works as requested by the Maintenance Manager

For the successful applicant this will be a full-time permanent position Working Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm

Rate: €22 P/H
